Bitlocker isn't a download, it's built into Windows.

BitLocker Drive Encryption - Internal Data Hard Drives - Turn On or Off

But notice the Warning in the tutorial -

BitLocker is only available in the Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions.

You appear to have Home Premium, so Bitlocker wouldn't be available in your Edition. Might look into something like TrueCrypt or similar as an alternative. TrueCrypt

What would you like to do with Truecrypt?
Encrypt your whole drive or just certain things?

I have got this document that we use at work to encrypt the whole drive/windows partition.
I'm sure/hope it won't be too different for other partitions.

I would advise using a test machine/hard drive just encase things go bad
Hopefully it will be a good starting point/guide for you.

And don't forget the password

Reminder

If you have the correct ver of Office 2010 you won't need the sticky notes in Win 7. A version of Office 2010 that includes One Note has a sticky notes module. It is more featured than the one in Win 7. Just thought I would mention this.
