Good idea. BY cut and paste in a different folder, a new owner was assigned so when you pasted them back you stayed as owner. Smart move/

In fact, I've been having problems with Foxit's Phantom PDF printer allowing me to print and save pdfs to certain folders I have full access to and never have access denied for anything other than the pdf print. It was driving me nuts, as I was previously able to print pdfs there and had changed no permissions or security settings. I planned to post to foxit's forum at some point.

I just employed this method and it immediately resolved the issue. the Phantom print driver now prints to those directories without issue!

Well, that just saved me some time and headaches. What do I do now? I'll be using this in the future!
