Remove Shortcut Suffix When Creating Shortcuts?

How can I make it so when I create a shortcut the result will have the little arrow icon, but will not have the added " - Shortcut" at the end of the file name?

Thank you so much for the quick reply. This worked great. I was pretty sure it was a registry tweak but wanted no part of finding the right key on my own.
Sorry, it had been posted previously but I was unable to find that article through a few searches. This site has been so helpful to me and I can't thank the users here enough for all their help.
