    double csrss.exe please help :'(

Iv been having preformance issues lately so I opened up the cmd prompt and took a look under the hood, I recently switched to 7 so im not sure if a lot has changed but I noticed right away that I had 2 csrss.exe programs running. I tried Googleing, and got a lot of mixed results, some people say its normal, others say delete both because its a virus (har har har). Theese are also the same people saying to delete smss and system 32 it seems. Anyway iv got one thats listed with a session name as a survive for session 0 eating 5k memory and another listed as console for session 1 eating 8k.
Im the only user on my pc, just wondering if I picked up a drive by download or something.

Leave those alone. csrss.exe is a system process, and there is two.

Do not delete or Terminate this is a critical System file

       Warning
Termination of the process will cause a BSOD

While csrss.exe is a valid process, that doesn't exclude the fact that it may have become infected. Are you running any AV?
