Windows 7 - Can't delete windows.old folder

| | just so you know Will.... you'd wanna go to the command prompt then go to C:\ by typing: cd\ then type: rd /s /q windows.old with the spaces |

| | Hello Monalisa, and welcome to Seven Forums. You might see if you may be able to use OPTION THREE in the tutorial below to delete your C:\Windows.old folder. Be sure to follow it exactly though to make sure that you are using the correct drive letter since it may not always be C: at boot. Previous Versions - Restore Files and Folders Hope this helps, Shawn |
