    Problem While watching online videos

    Hi,

    Yesterday i noticed that while I'm watching online videos like youtube and so on my C: diskspace is shrinking. While I was watching yesterday 2 hours long E3 Sony pressconference diskspace reduced 5-6 GB. Why this is happening ? Is it normal ? I have 4 GB of RAM on my PC. When i close Firefox diskspace returns like it was before watching. When I looked in Firefox it says that is using only 11,1MB cache. Anybody can help ???

    Edit:

    I just noticed that this folder suddenly became 10GB in size:

    After i closed Firefox almost everything from that folder dissapeared

    Maybe Firefox is saving the videos in your temporary files folder.
    Have you tried clearing your temporary files folder whilst Firefox is open?

    You could try deleting these files with Disk Cleanup - Delete Temporary Files with Disk Cleanup

    Hope I helped.

    Yes, you could always open run, and type %temp% and then delete all the contents of that folder.

    Yes, but thats what i mean its not this folder %temp%

    %temp%
    AppData-->Local-->Temp

    Folder who shrinks all space is Temp

    -->Local disk ( C: )-->Windows-->Temp

    Ah, ok I see.

    Try clearing the cache of Firefox when running, then check disk space.

    Thats the point Firefox was showing that it was using only 11,2MB cache.

    There's also a handy little tool called CCleaner. It easily removes your internet cache as well as clearing up disk space on your computer. Even if it doesn't provide a solution to your problem, it's still a useful program to have.

    CCleaner - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Downloads

    Hm, perhaps your FF browser is set to clear the cache and history when it closes.

    Anyway, as I said above I recommend CCleaner for other purposes too. Just give the download.cnet review a read and see what you think.
    Hope that helps. :)
