Administrator privilege

Installed Win 7. I avoided any passwords.
Single user - me (steve). At logon, single user Icon read Steve - Administrator. While setting up Drive mapping with my Laptop through a wired router, I lost administrative privileges. All efforts to use explorer to view my on c drive returns "access denied". I've tried to remove all Sharing but don't have admin privileges.

Please help.

Ok there is a built in administrator ( not admin group) account. sort of like a super admin. there are 2 ways to enable it one involves a cmd windows and netuser,, the other there is a tutorial for in the tutorials section here at SF.

The netuser way you launch a cmd window (type cmd in search) and type net user administrator /enable there should be a password unless you put one in and have used this SU admin before. the tutorial has the steps laid out and you can always refer back to them.
Which ever you are comfortable with

Hope this helps
