Recycle Bin Check Box Not Available

    hello everyone,
I've been having some difficulties recovering my recycle bin icon and cant even click the box that enables it back on to my desktop, it just appears transparent and unclickable. Has anyone experienced anything like that before ? any fixes ? Thanks.

Do a system restore. Pick the date you had the recycle bin working on your desktop as your restore point :
    System Restore

Note : make sure the restore point you pick is the date when youe recycle bin was working and was on the desktop.
