    User Accounts?

First, will it have a bad impact on my laptop performance if I create accounts?

Second, I have heard it is safer to run user space on limited account so how do I transfer ALL my documents to that new limited account?

    THANKS!!!!!!!!:)

Set up a regular account (not adminsitrative) and then give permissions.

No it will not - You can transfer your files manually if you want by going to the following Directory and moving them to the New User account area

    Old account:
    Code:
    C:\User\Old_account\
than Copy or move your files to the following Directory

    Code:
    C:\Users\New_account\
       Note
This is with C:\ Being the drive letter of your Windows Installation Partition/drive

You may also want to enable the Hidden Administrator to have as the only Admin

       Warning
Do not use this account for Personal use as any program run has access to your whole system

See Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable

Yes, thanks very much for this because I wanted to learn about permissions.
BUT I want to TRANSFER, so when I am in the new account I can click ducments and see them there.

Can I really just move those files to another folder? In XP it could cause serious problems...:)

is there any difference between built-in admin and created admin?

What do you mean by "Limited account" Do you mean a standard user? if so then you can change that in control panel > User accounts & Family safety > User accounts and then clicking on Change your account type

Yes but I want to keep this account(I am using right now) an admin, and then create a new standard/limited account.
Then I will transfer my files from here to that new account...

Just change it in control panel - No need to make a new account and if you enable the Built in admin then you will have an Administrator

Changing your account to a standard account turns it into a limited one instantly

See the folder for more Information on how to carry out this task

Why is the built-in admin disabled anyway?

I am afraid I won't be able to run programs, or access to files I used to have when it was admin...
