Just a quick check of the obvious.

Set view by to small icons.

Why are you posting your question here on Brink's troubleshooting guide?

If you have questions/issues you should post them there - Troubleshooting so that the author (Brink) can address them.

And yes, there is a troubleshooting Icon in control panel as Meguscreed stated.

My first pic is from the tutorial which says Control Panel ( all items view )
It also says " click on the Troubleshooting icon "

The 2nd pic is what shows in my Control Panel.
    I can't see " all itmes view ". I can't see Toubleshooting icon.
    That was why I asked.

    Thank you.

Changing to either large or small icon will bring up the " Troubleshootin icon ".
    Now I know.

Glad you found it! Your 2nd pic is Contol Panel's Category view, not too much help I don't think.

yeah I've always found that view to be completely useless, don't know why it defaults to it.

That was precisely why I started asking.

I was looking for All Items View. That was the one that got me going. I thought it would be like " Control Panel Home and Classic View " in Vista, but of course not. I did click the pointer next to Category, but only saw large and small. Did not dawn on me to click open one of them.

    Anyway, case closed.
    Thank you.
