Is there a feature or settings in Windows 7 that will allow me to make my keyboard sound like a typewriter.
If not, what possible downloadable programs are there?

The dull lifeless sound of a keyboard just doesn't compare to the lively in sync cadence of a typewriter when you're composing a good read.

You might go shopping for another keyboard instead and find one that has the look, "feel" and sound you want. In this way, you don't need to run another program that consumes resources but provides no truly useful gains.
The good news is that suggested key clicker was written by Steve Gibson - so, if it has not been compromised, you know it is safe, and not a keylogger. Still, not sure I would want a program that monitors my every keystroke, regardless who wrote it.

Anyone who takes the time to try and monitor the number of keystrokes I make has their work cut out for them.
The keyboard I have is fine and also ergonomically comfortable.
The size of my computer means I don't give a second thought to the miniscule use of resources this "sounds" program uses.
There really isn't much noticeable difference in 1 billionth of a second or 2 billionths of a second.
The program makes a lot more sense than going out and buying more hardware.

Some badguys are very patient. They don't care about the number of keystrokes. Only what each keystroke represents. Also they have programs that snoop out the data patterns they are looking for. So please, not for second should you assume you cannot be a target.Anyone who takes the time to try and monitor the number of keystrokes I make has their work cut out for them.
To each his own for sure and I respect that. But for me, I see no sense at all in having a program for the sole purpose or simulating key click noises. They keyboard is an integral part of the human-to-computer interface. It is an extension of our own hands. If my keyboard did not satisfy me (look, feel, or sound right), I would find one that did. Same with a mouse. For this reason, no one can really recommend a mouse or keyboard for anyone else. They are too personal.The program makes a lot more sense than going out and buying more hardware.
