Can't set my account as administrator !

I just installed windows, but I set a password on the user, all so I remember that it detected my network. Afther I installed all updates and all programs I decided to remove the password with "control userpasswords2" all soo I disabled the "user must enter an user name and a password" . And today I realise that I can't acces the "msconfig" & all soo that my account is know set as "homeusers" all soo in the "control userpasswords2" window I see a second account " HomeGroupUser$ " and if I press log of a blank icon with "Other User" . I tryed safe mod , but there is no login as admin. Does any one know how can I set my account again as admin, if I try from control panel it says acces denay.

Restore from a back up prior to the problem.

I didn't restore because I just installed windows, and if I restore then some folders apears in windows & some waste of space, but I fixed my probleme sory that I open the topic for nothing.
Here what I did:
- Restarted the pc
- Pres F8 and chose safemod with network control , "then a error apeared with rong password, but let me login"
- I press the logout, then chose other account and typed Administrator, no password & I login as Administrator
- Enter Run and used "control userpasswords2" change my account again to admin
- All soo deleted the "HomeGroupUser$" account.
- Know afther restart I see that evrething is ok & all soo that "other user" account
disapeared.
Sorry again for the topic but may be it will help others.
