    hey hey josh .......why do i have 2 go to safe mode and all ...cant i just enable built in then create a new admin account in ctrl panel and then disable built in ????????????

    again i was not the one who meant to argue or insult ............ i respect these guys for real.....

    Yes you can but If you do not have an admin to enable the Built in admin you need an Elevated Command prompt which requires admin privilages (Shield Icon) Safe mode prevents this

    i got it ...see ok i gt a standard account admin account and built in disabled lyk urs .......right .............but now i have an idm setup file in my downloads foldr and then ihave installed it and everythng ..........but nw what happens is that if i try to move the idm setup and crack file with it to a programs destination in drive c .......im not able to do it asks for admin permission and says tryagain or skip or cancel ......icnt do anythng then

    No you wouldn't and should use the Admin account you created for that Task
