To Remove the Shields you need to Disable UAC Or make your account an Administrator

When you mean Remove Shields do you mean on the Icon or the Popup asking for a password or confirmation?

Anything with a Shield will require an Administrator Password or User account

This is a security feature to prevent unauthorised access there is no way to Bypass this system unless you have access to an Administrator account either Builtin or Standard Admin

sir , so what do i do in order to have access to admin account i.e built - in account becoz i just have that one ...........i am not able to delete even many files with these shields as a standard account user .........what to do ???? do i have 2 go to safe mode and then enable built- in admin as all these shields cant be opened as of now and then why is it better to use standard account as i am having such abig problem as of now

i neither have an admin account or password as of now when the pop up appears ........this pop up really has sm guts as it asks for the pass word and doesnot provide space 4 typing ..........and this appear everywhere where there is this shield

ok i cant remove the shields but i still need to get past them ...........wat about the pop ups sir . i havent seen them earlier ...........why r such pop ups appearing???????

If there is no User Presented in the UAC Prompt then boot into safe mode and an Administrator account should be there along with your User account

After logging on as the Administrator either Create an Admin account to use in emergencies and use your standard account or Change your Standard user account to an Administrator account

They appear when a Command needs access to restricted parts of your computer and therefore require an administrator password

If you follow the above then you will be able to enter a password in the Notification box

Yes it is 100% A-OK to use the standard account you will just need to enter a password to access Admin areas on your Windows Installation which is the problem you are having
