windows 7 7600 x 64 16385

I know the price is very high but I am going for the new solid state 128 gig drive with the new indilinx controller. Install OS to the sold state and install all apps and data to my sata drives. I might have to try messing with the pagefile. I never have been a big fan of sytem restore. Acronis is the way to go.

Windows 7 x64 rtm

I just picked up 2 super talent sx 64gb ssd and running raid0. They are the newest thing from super talent. They use the new samsung 8 channel controller and have a 128mb cache onboard. They are rated for 200MB read 120MB write each.I got them at newegg for $173 U.S.
performance is awesome, none of the problems earlier ssd's suffered from. They might not look as flashy as some others, but they do perform at advertised speeds without a hiccup.W7 boot time for me 8sec.

Just a thought for those thinking of investing in ssd

Current, most stable build of Windows 7, is?
I'm asking as I'm going to install it on my PC. I tried Windows XP Professional 64-bit but it seems it's not entirely compatible with my Core i7 system, and I know Vista is slower than Windows 7, so I'm wondering currently which is the best build of Windows 7 to use. Thanks.
