One of your disks need to be checked.

Ok.. Now that I turned on my laptop I see this black screen that reads:

"One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency... blah blah"

And says that I can press any key to cancel it... but even if I press ANY key if just continues and stops on "press any key within 1 second(s)" and freezes right there.

I didn't change anything on the computer so this is weird:S

I have that too with build 7100 on my laptop. I was also afraid for a failing disk, but I thouroughly checked the disk with HD Tune and everything was fine.

So I think it must be a some issue with 7. Don't worry, nothing is physically broken.

Thing is I can't get to the login W7 screen... the check stops on "press any key in 1 second(s)" and do nothing :S

That's weird. I got this message about 1 in 5 times I start my laptop. I can cancel it, or go through this check, but either way Windows 7 is starting fine afterwards.

Run scandisk with both options set. Windows has set the dirty bit. May or may not be valid warning re: disk or disk sector fail.

This check is there for a reason. Run scandisk.
