If SFC continues to find files to repair, consider a Repair Install.

However if you have SP1 you will have to uninstall it to Repair Install, unless you can find a Win7 with SP1 installer.

If problems persist, you may need to clean reinstall, using these tips to get a perfect install: Reinstalling Windows 7
