Windows 7: Lost Administrator Password

I saw this a while back, haven't tried this myself.
The directions are here I've lost the password to my Windows Administrator account, how do I get it back?



You will need to download and burn the .iso to a CD.

Also received a message from Bumpkin; don't know why it didn't show up here in the forum. I had already tried that; it is one of the free password crackers I mention above.
I managed to resolve the problem; not sure how. Using the usual Manage Accounts window, I reset the Admin account password (yet again), and for whatever reason, this time it worked !
Problem solved. I'll create the backup disk now.

Well, I do not know if I should suggest this, but going to any way. Since everyone is trying to help you crack your password i suggest using OPHCRACK-http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php. I have used this many times and works great.

That is the other free password cracker which I noted in my first entry. It didn't help; I can't remember why. As I wrote above; problem is solved.
