Windows 7: Local Disk C is running out of space

Also, it looks like the top folder in Local is almost all of it so expand that folder as well.

Thank you all for the help, by using WinDirStat i was able to local the place whr the junk files whr hiding and delete them and now i have my space back... i think it wont be a problem next time since now i know where to start.... there is 78gb on my c: . I instaled win 7 , and windows folder takes 9gb , my files are 9gb too ... program files about 2gb . And free space is 48gb . Where is 10gb left ?? Is it possible that drivers are 10gb !? And sorry for bad English :P
