All Major Windows Services Broken! URGENT - Please Help!

    can you manually access the control panel?
    If not try reassociating .exe file types.
    Default File Type Associations - Restore
    just pick it from the list in that thread.

    I can manually access it, just the menu won't work. It's not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. Though I'm still worried that the Security Center still won't open.

    As for the remaining problems, run chkdsk -r, and if that doesn't help, do a repair install.

    I'm really going to be surprised if we can totally fix this trainwreck of errors you've run into though
    You may want to consider the above advice and just back up and reinstall, as future stability is probably going to become problematic after that many changes.

    Fixed System Restore!

    Security Center still down.

    Control Panel Menu still down. The above fix didn't help.

    Yeah I was thinking of reinstalling anyways. Computer is still at the state at which I bought it, so it wouldn't hurt.

    Repair install will let you keep files and programs, but honestly after that train wreck I'd just backup and clean install.

    Have you System Restored to before all of this occurred, not just the Revo changes?

    System Restore isn't going to work, even if it launches. Too many services and background processes are broken.
