| Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 74 posts In front of my computer | Error when resume from hibernation Hi, I have the same problem as this (very old) thread: Error message when resuming from hibernation Basically: whenever I resume from hibernation, the system prompts me with this message and a timeout of 30 seconds. This is very annoying, and I would love to get rid of it, or at least reduce the timeout to 1 sec or so. I have looked at the previous thread and I see that: - my system is a desktop, not a HP laptop (specs in my profile) - I don't have a "Microsoft ACPI Control method" entry in the Batteries section of the Device Manager. I instead have "HID UPS Battery" and "Microsoft Composite Battery". I do have an APC UPS connected via USB to my desktop. I would be glad to have any help - this is very annoying ... |
