Logitech G15 I/O Writes + AIDA64

Hey All,

I am receiving a 64GB ssd (the Micro Center (AData) Sandybridge) and have been studying my Task Manager I/O writes.

AIDA64 LCD Enabled through my Logitech G15 (original) is showing in the 20,000's at the moment with one ticking off every update.

The Logitech LCD Manager is around the 16,000 range and slowly growing.

I have done some testing by installing AIDA64 on a separate hdd just to check it out, and it is the same, more or less. The Logitech software doesn't allow to install elsewhere.

I plan on Setting a few things up on my secondary hdd during fresh install of 7, such as User Profile and am curious to see if if these writes are going to my appdata folder which that will take care of. There is a logitech folder in appdata/local and roaming (local having Logitech Lcd Manager in it, but only 56kb).

I'm just wondering if these kinds of writes over an extended period are anything to worry about or am I just being way over cautious.

I've pretty much read up on all the tweaks and space saver ideas for a ssd and am curious to what a normal users writes are generally.

Thanks
