Desktop Explorer not Responding On Resume

Hi,
it seems that explorer.exe on Windows 7 is the translation / synonym of nightmare.

I just resumed from standby and got a non responding, coming this time from the explorer.exe running the desktop.

I made all the checks: sfc, IconCache.db recreation.

Any Idea? At some (very soon) time, I would start to forget the container and start to take care of the content, as this is not a video game, and probably it would be upsetting the same, as Mario Kart should not complete the laps...

Thanks
