No jump list for IE 9 in start menu

When I click on IE in the start menu, there is no jump list. When IE is pinned in the taskbar, it shows jumplist.

In the start menu properties both privacy options are checked.

Not sure if this could have something with it, but I have installed windows updates before this happened and also one more thing - I have accidentaly drag IE icon from all programs in start menu to desktop. After that, icon in all programs disapeared, so I put it back by creating shortcut from iexplore.exe in ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu.

    I would appriciate any help.

    Hello Johnivanovich,

Did you right click on Internet Explorer from the Start Menu - All Programs area, and click on Pin to Start Menu ?

Afterwards, you should have a jump list for it.

Today the jumplist just showed, I didn't even pin IE to the start menu. But it shows only recent list, and there is just one file called MessageLog, although I have visited at least 5-6 web sites. There is no difference if I pin it to the start menu.

    Here is the screenshot:
