strange issue

    Finally, i put 2 GB of RAM (my friend's) in my system... then restarted... checked adobe audition.... problem is still there....

    2 GB as my MB supports upto 2 GB

    1. Are you certain that you've installed Audition to "Program Files (x86)?"

    2. Where is your AppData folder (hidden by default, turn on hidden files) located?

    1. yes.... i've a 32bit system

    2. C:\Users\Default\AppData

    Oh, yes you did say that. Man, I really can't figure out what's wrong here. I feel really bad for you. Those buttons on each track are what make the whole program useful.
