Okay, apparently it's good to know the version you're referencing. Word 2010 is 25 MRUs. I think Marsmimar is on the right track--There's something clearing the MRUs.

the MRU empties at shutdown of the Lap but closing word and reopen it in the same session I find MRU the problem occurs after shutdown

When you open CCleaner click the Options button on the left side of the dashboard. Then click Settings and make sure CCleaner isn't set to run at startup (uncheck that option.)

The problem is solved when I unchecked the ccleaner from mscongif startup thank very much for your help and sorry if I was such a pain

Why Laptop runs out of memory?
Hello! Asus Laptop runs out of memory. It does it even if I just turn it on and let it sit. Here is an example of 'physical memory used' vs. time: I start computer and do not start any programs. Turn on Task Manager and observe physical memory usage: 12:10 1.76 GB
