Windows 7 Default Font

What is the Windows 7 Default Font????????

It's Segoe UI.

How do i change it back to normal m8??? Here is a screen shot of where it was changed, is this right or wrong????

MS SHELL DLG and MS SHELL DLG 2 are both set to Tahoma

It's 50% default. You could use the REG file in step 2 of OPTION TWO in the tutorial below to restore these two items to their default fonts for dialog boxes.

Fonts - Change

In the advanced appearance settings, what is the default font size for ICON, MENU, MESSAGE BOX, PALETTE BOX, SELECTED ITEMS AND TOOL TIP????

I really need to know as i think i am not running default FONT size for each of them. Here is a Screen shot attached.

The screenshots under step 8 will show you the defaults. :)

Window Color and Appearance - Change

Thank you, i noticed that within the images the default font is Segoe UI, for some reason i do not have that within my list of fonts to choose??? Any idea???

Strange. Do you have Segoe UI listed in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder?

I can not see it listed.

Looks like it was deleted. Here's a copy from my system in a ZIP file below. You would just need to download the ZIP to your desktop, open the ZIP, drag and drop the files to your desktop, then right click on each on of the extracted font files and install them. Afterwards, it should show up again.
