Command prompt not working

Hey Guys + Gals

I have an issue with my computer and commands, for example in cmd if i type in ipconfig its not recognised or is any other command. I have enclosed a snapshot.

If you have changed anything in your path it may break the link. Type "path" in cmd and look to be sure the location of cmd (usually C:\windows\system32...) is included.

Alternatively are the two files ipconfig and winstat there at all.
