    Ok cool, I'll do it. Also, is it necessary for SYSTEM to have full permissions on my data drive (sorry for the many questions) :)?

    your system wouldn't have access... Some installers, all backup programs and some antivirus would no longer have access to the file system. System would be used to gain access to the lost data if something were to happen.
