Windows 7: Problem on running

Hi everyone,

When I use computer, sometimes it has been freezing. What I said, for example, I use notepad++ opened files changing automatically without my control.

Also, when I use firefox or on the desktop; the cursor freezed about 30 seconds.

In my opinion, it is a hardware problem because I've formatted on my pc at least 1-2 times.

In addition, when I click ctrl+alt+del or alt+tab, it is fixed temprorarily.

It is an example (When I clicked, It is not responded. It is not normal, everytime it is like it on my pc.)
