Windows 7 - Taskbar icons flashing

| | Taskbar icons flashing Whenever I have multiple windows open, when I click on the icon for one of the windows, instead of switching to that application it starts flashing orange. I know the flashing means it needs to notify m of something, but it shouldn't happen every time I click the icon. How can I stop this from happening? |
