Many Multimedia Class Scheduler Service stops and starts repeatedly

I'm wondering why the Multimedia Class Scheduler Service keeps stopping and re-starting throughout the day, about every 10-15 minutes.

If it should not be doing this, of course I would like to be able to configure my system to stop cycling this service.

I was looking at my event logs for an unrelated reason and noticed the large number of these service stop/start cycles.

    For example (stop, then start):

Multimedia class win7 service control starting / stopping all day

I had the same problem, i noticed that an application was stopping and starting repetitively, this was really bothering me until i found the problem in event viewer logs.

The problem is not in your system, is about you account, some of the applications are doing conflicts.

    Solution: Create a new account >control paner>users>accounts

once you create the new account, copy all your files, documents and pics to the new account.

    Delete the old account.

run your antivirus to clean the registry cleaner or other software, "cccleaner" is free and works fine if your antivirus does no have registry cleaner.

restart your PC and ready,, the noisy and bothering process is gone.

I said noisy because this process was making a sound that sounds like when you plug or unplug a device, it was really bothering starting and sopping all day long, thanks god i found the solution and my windows is like a fresh install
