Run as Admin

Sorry, I'm new to this.I click on My Computer/local disk (c)/Program File/Atwil(security proram). I right click on the program but I don't see Run As Admin. I only see Open/Open in new window/Scan/share.../Restore.../Send to/Cut/Copy/Delete/Rename/Properties. How do you run as Admin please?
