Custom PC - Won't boot up! Constant loud beep

    Thanks GEWB, you reminded me of another new build mistakes.

    If the CPU cooler is too tight it can cause a non-boot too. Dunno what beep codes it produces though. Something to check out.

    Ah, the lessons of "gaining experience." I hope your lessons didn't include blowing up expensive components! (Worst case for me: fried a power cord.)

    Yup, I've seen that, too. Code (if any) will depend on what got deflected a little too much.
