Windows 7: Windows 7 x64 Computer Reinstall Problem

Hey guys i am on my iphone so u got a problem with my vaio i never recieved a Windows 7 cd so i have to reinstall it via f10 but if i press this my laptop checks if theres something wich destroid my laptop so it checks after this it says please restart your pc/laptop so i do this and i get into the same problem loop everytime i start up my laptop it says loading data and then this comes up :x any one git a idea how to fix that?
