    ease access problem

I woke this morning and turned on my laptop and there was an ease access button on the login screen that I had never seen before so I clicked on it to see what it was and then my computer froze and when I rebooted the computer all the text boxes and the url bars are black and text will not show up.

Can you do anything in Safe Mode with Command Prompt ?
    Safe Mode
If yes, please do the followings :

    1. Do a system restore in safe mode. Pick 2 days ago as your restore point.
    System Restore

    2. If that does not help, do a system file check. See if it catches any corrupt files. If it does, it will try to repair them.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    3. Run a full virus scan with the security program you have installed.

This is not a virus. The ease of access button is for disabled users. It allows you to e.g. start the magnifier which may be required from the very start for people with poor vision.

If your system went on the blink, there must be something wrong with that function. The procedures t-4-2 described may help.
