My recommendations will not cause you to lose any info.

Run the Standalone System Sweeper. run ccleaner. send the startup.txt and install.txt files in a post after these tasks are accomplisted.

    This is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This all started with updates not automatically downloading from Microsoft. They had me do some changes so that they would. That is also why I locked my self out. I thought there was a spy on my system. Turned out it was microsoft. I meanwhile kept trying to change passwords and block access inbound through my router etc... Well now, I found this as to where my Sql Server files went. I had a valid license. Now what do I do????????????????????

I am so F%^& P%^(( OFF I can hardly sit still.

I had in the past downloaded some cracks. Very rarely and I stopped when I found out what can happen. However the guy that worked on my computer did install a crack. At the time I did not know that. I have also done some P2P for music on my phone in the past. Again, I have stopped that. I did however the other day look for free software from some different places. I wasn't looking for keygen's or serials, just some site will give free things away. I registered. I think that is where the newest bugs and trojans came from.

But this thing with Windows started when I was on the phone with their tech and that is when my computer went down and he never called me back. I put in my Windows 7 Professional disk. I have a legal license for it. I just have not installed it. Since I have moved twice in the last two years I could not find my Gateway OEM disk right away. I have noticed two things since then, constant monitoring from Microsoft as though I am trying to steel software and I think it's becasue in order to get my system back up I used a disk that isn't registered or licensed yet. So now this, they deleted my Entire installation for SQL. What do I do. I know you are a MVP with them but I swear, trying to talk to them is impossible. As it was I had a guy from India who I could not understand and after I got the BSOD he called me two weeks later to see if everything was okay. I also just got an email to rate the service of the tech who was helping me with auto updates not installing. She made a few suggestions and then recommended I call in. Yeah, right like I was going to do that again. Between HP and Microsoft and Gateways "help" and the inablility to understand them even if they will offer help, that is how I lost my business and my house! Now I am back in the states and here we go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't clean everything from the cleaner because I knew there were things in there I might need. Then when I went back to look up and open the next download it was gone. That is when I realized that the system sweeper did that. I had tons of downloads stored in my download files for Mozilla. How do I get those back or can I. I spent hours on those. Mostly they are Microsoft programs that I paid for and it took a lot of time. I had things in there that have been kept on purpose for about 3 years. Not all my downloads. Only the ones I knew I might need and hadn't saved to disks yet. But at least 20 o9f them! Anyways here's the files, Also, I didn't delete anything in Eses yet. I will attach that one moment. Got to log in as other user.

Oh, you may not want to open the cleaner. I do it differently. The reason that I don't want to just delete files and app roaming is because I don't know if that might be where I find all my missing keys or what??? Now I know that I am missing some of the app's though because they aren't in my download files anymore....

Okay, sorry it took so long, I actually fell asleep on my bed at 8am and woke up at 8pm! I thought I had only slept for a few hours. All this work and stress is obviously wearing on me and catching up! I tried to run cleaner in the cleaner mode in both my user and the admin user. I ran it after the registry cleaner in both cases. It started and then it just disappeared twice in both users??? It told me I needed to close Google Chrome. I went to computer Manager and tried to find it running and also in Task manager and tried to stop it there but it said that no processes were running and when I clicked to stop it it gave me a message about messing applications up.... so I don't know what to do about that. Here are the new start up and installed txt files from after running the ccleaner. The sweeper. I always have an internet connection so I don't know what to do. I was told to do Eset but I went back into the saved file of what it recommended and it didn't give me the option of then deleting them. It took seven hours last time. Then when I woke up and it was done there was no where I could find it to tell it to stop. So I am going to run it tomorrow before I leave the house cause I'll only be gone about 6 hours so I should be able to catch it and choose delete.:)

    beachinmoney,

    | MSCONFIG | STARTUP tab |
    UNCHECK ALL | REBOOT
    your computer

don't worry. You haven't deleted anything. You have told Win 7 to not run the programs at startup time.

Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI) - Introductionbeachinmoney,

You have many programs installed which you probably no longer use.

I recommend removing all programs which you do not use.

I strongly recommend uninstalling AVAST and installing Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) link in my sig.

Since you have Belarc Security Advisor intalled, then you will find that running Belarc Security Advisor will be informative.

The Microsoft updates which it flags for you, then get them from Microosft.

Downlaod, install and run Secunia Personal Security Inspector which will assist you in updating some out-of-date software.
