No. MSFT's 2 days is "within 2 days", not "in 2 days". Read the information in the first post carefully; you'll see that RTM-English is scheduled for July 24, and that the royalty OEMs are getting them on July 24 (the same day).

So are localized isos coming along with the original RTM? Because on Windows Team Blog they said the remaining languages would be ready by October 1st.

That's for the "little people". Royalty OEMs are special and will get them much sooner.
