    Problem with windows

The problem i have is that when i drag a window like firefox or any really, and i touch the top of the screen or a side, it will adjust to full page if its top etc.

Now what is weird is that lately i've noticed that the windows now go below the task bar and i dont know why that is. This isnt too bad of a problem since most windows dont have buttons at the very bottom but some do and at those times, i have to make the window smaller and ajust the size so it goes at the top of the task bar.

This is very anoying and i dont know how i did this or how to change the setting, thank you for you time and help.

Just for help in clarification of the problem i taped a video of me doing a demonstration here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXvag0BfRxg
and hopefully you'll see that the window is supposed to stop at the top of the task bar so its not in the way, i know i can minimize the task bar so it goes away when i move my mouse but im curious

Hi 12seth12, welcome to sevenforums. It looks like a problem with the settings on your monitor as the main windows screen does not fill the available space (hence the black bands at either side of the window). Try adjusting the main window to fill your screen and see if that helps. Also, what resolution have you got set for the display? Lasstly, have you got the latest drivers for your monitor and graphics?

Dragging window on top? You're not referring to Snap - Windows 7 features - Microsoft Windows and looking for Aero Snap - Turn On or Off, are you?

EDIT: Oh, that. Yeah it happens to me sometimes too. Have you tried restartnig your computer? That seem to work for me a lot of times.

    Or...

yes this has been a bug for some time now....
the only thing you can do is resize the taskbar and that should reset the window to stay above the taskbar....

you are going to have to do this everytime this happens (this made me stop putting the taskbar there....)
