Run administrative command prompt from command prompt

Ok So I got myself into a unique bind here. I was trying to install some custom system files (for a theme) and I did it wrong and now I cant open explorer.exe . I dont want to goto a backup because this is a easy fix. (in my view). So I need to know how to run command prompt with administrative privleges from command prompt.

I am trying to do this command:

    copy explorer.exe C:\Windows\

So if there is also another command I can just tack onto that that gives me admin rights to do it. I would be happy.

On a friend's computer that also has win 7 64 bit installed, make a system Repair CD.

Boot from the system repair CD

    go to a command prompt.

    CREATE A SYSTEM REPAIR DISC

START | type System Repair | Enter key | Create Disc button

GO TO A COMMAND PROMPT USING A SYSTEM REPAIR DISC

    1) Insert System Repair Disc into optical reader.
    2) Shutdown your computer.
    3) Boot up your computer from the System Repair Disc
If your computer doesn’t boot from the optical drive, then
Immediately after pushing your Power ON button,
start tapping the F2 key to get to the BIOS to change the boot order

On some computers, Immediately after pushing the Power ON button, start tapping the F12 key and choose CD/DVD to change the boot order only for this time.
    4) Wait while a mini-version of Windows is loaded and finally the SYSTEM RECOVERY OPTIONS dialog appears.
    5) NEXT
    6) SYSTEM RECOVERY OPTIONS dialog
will search your system for installed versions of Windows.
    7) select the Use recovery tools that can help fix problems starting Windows radio button |
    NEXT
    8) Choose command prompt from the list shown

Run any desired commands and type EXIT when finished.
    Remove the System Repair Disc.
    Shutdown your computer.
    Power on your computer.

So, if it is a launching problem with explorer.exe.
    1. Launch Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc).
    2. Click New Task.
    3. Click Browse.
    4. Locate CMD and Run it as Administrator (Right Click -> Run as Administrator)
    5. And do the Command.

How to open/repair explorer.exe after replacing with unregistered e

When this happens you have no explorer, nothing opens. You hit ctrl-alt-del for task manager and choose 'File' run, explorer.exe (unregistered explorer starts running). Then go to c:windows/explorer.exe and replace it with the original .exe. I always leave my original file in-place renamed to *.*.orig, (explorerexe.orig) Always works for me.
[Windows 7 Ultimate didn't appreciate me taking ownership of explorer and replacing it. I use UxStyle_Core64.msi then you can apply themes. Last time I edited the registry on Win 7 64 Home, Ultimate 64 was more resistant. Win 7 Pro 32 bit was easier. 3rd party software is easiest.]
