services start/stop or change from autostart to demand start

My brand new Dell laptop keeps losing its active window focus. I have tried to pinpoint the problem to a service or startup and did not find anything specific.
I am now checking the System logs and I see things like :

    • The Windows Modules Installer Service changes every couple of seconds its start mode from demand to auto and from auto to demand. There are almost 20 changes from one state to the other in 2 minutes.
    • The Computer browser service starts/stops several times in a few minutes.

    • The Multimedia Class Scheduler service starts/stops every 3 or 4 minutes.
Is this normal ? How do I troubleshoot this ?

Following with my previous post, here is from my log just a couple of minutes ago

    Code:

You might want to check in Event Viewer for some clues, but as it's a brand new computer I think you need to contact Dell Support as well.

If you want more information on any particular event, just select the Details tab.

services start/stop or change from autostart to demand start-ev.png

What should I check in Details ? I don't see anything specially significant

All I can suggest is that you check. I agree that some of the information is not very forthcoming although some is better depending which event you're looking at.

If you see a recurring Event ID you could check on Google for further information e.g. boot information Event ID's are in the 100-110 range.
