Windows 7: Losing " Dell dock " :(

Hello Everyone ,

I really 've very complicated problem which is , why is this window empty , there's no programms ?? >>







coz I want to download microsoft net and then I'll 've " Del dock " >>





plz Im in need 2 ur help

Please explain what does an empty "Turn Features On or Off " application has to do with Dell Dock ?

Can you not download Dell Dock here ?

2 possible solutions :

1. Do a system restore. Pick a date when you KNOW you did not have this problem as your restore point.

2. If system restore is not possible because you don't know when you started to have this problem, then do a system file check. It is used for checking for corrupt files. If any corrupt files are found, it will try to repair them.

I can't download it coz , when I Install it , there's a window appears asking me to have microsoft net 2.0

and when I Install microsoft net , also ther's a window asking me to open " turn windows features on or off " , I did but there's no programmes as shown in Image .

You need to wait 10 seconds or so for the Windows Features list to appear.

I think t-4-2's suggestion of a system restore is your best bet.

Just want to let you know that ocasionally the refresh time can be quite long on services like this, try shutting dow the PC and reboot then go to windows features and let it sit there for at least a couple of minutes. I have found that if you have never used a service since the PC was new or a very long time, it can take a fairly long time for Win to refresh itself.
