Windows 7: drop down menus opening on their own - Virus?

My drop down menus are opening on their own and I can't input anything into my google chrome or explorer address bars. The cursor moves on its own. My webpages that I can access scroll to the bottom by themselves and I can't scroll to the top. The system is also producing sounds on its own - standard windows WAV sounds that are not called on by me. What the heck is going on. I ran malwarebytes and norton anti virus and they both find no issues. Does anyone have any thoughts? I need help please. Thank you.

Problem solved. I disconnected my wireless keyboard and mouse and re-installed my wired keyboard and all is well in the world again. Thank you.
