    help and support pops up everytime i open a program


    I need help with a long standing problem every time I open a programme or a web page or just anything the help and support page related to that program me or page pops up ..I even formated my machine and re installed the os but the problem still persists tried almost everythin I knew even disables the help and support option but it didn't go please help if u can

    Hmmm, this is strange. What you are saying is that immediately after you re-installed Windows 7 you are still getting this issue? What are you using to install Windows 7? OEM recovery disk?

    yes it happens evry time and i am using the original os setup disc

    If immediately after a fresh install, you have this problem AND you have followed the procedures from the tutorials here whereby your perform a clean all before the install, then I have zero ideas. In fact, what you report is 100% impossible if you have first performed a clean all and immediately installed a legal version of win 7. At that point in time the behaviour you report can not exist.
