Remove the Pop-up Text

I need help removing this pop-up text. With my smaller resolution Netbook this covers what I'm working with often which gets annoying real fast.



I have no issue with editing a register or whatever, I just want it gone.

First, UNcheck: Show pop-ups in the Folder Options.

Here's some additional methods for removing different types of balloon
pop-ups and other tool tips:

TO DISABLE ALL TOOLTIPS IN WINDOWS 7:

TO DISABLE SELECTIVE BALLOON TIPS
Disable “Do you want to run this file?” Message
Turn off action center notifications
Disable security center warnings
Disable low disk space warnings
