    Windows 7 is in Chinese

Title says it all, seeing as how I don't know Chinese at all, how can I change the language from Chinese to English?

    Please help.

PS: This is a client's laptop that I'm working on.

Display language: Display Language - Change

Regional: Region and Language Settings - Copy to New Users and Welcome Screen

If you're asking how to read the menus, you're on your own.

You might try to copy and paste into Google Translator but how did it get that way?

The Client Might Be Chinease ( He Might Not Look it) But he might Be From China and Read Chinease.. You could also try window's update and Look in Optional For English and Install that and Switch The Display Language

My client is actually African American, and it's his friends laptop, knowing this area, the other client might be white/black/hispanic/mexican or caucasian
