It is indeed, however, it will not be available for purchase. You would want Professional edition.
Enterprise is for big corps or something.

Enterprise Edition will be Volume Licensing only.

Does the Enterprise Edition have more or less features compared to Ultimate Edition?

I can't seem to find a features chart.
