    Sleep Problems

Hi Guys..I'm new to this forum and I want to seek some help..

So my previous OS is Windows Vista Starter w/c is very much annoying IMHO, so I installed another OS which is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Edition in a partition and this is the one i'm using at the moment.

But the problem is the sleep function..Every time I put my Laptop to sleep and when I'm waking it up to resume the task I'm doing it restarts my system instead which is pretty much annoying..

Had you guys encountered the same problem?
    Hope you can help me..
    Thanks a lot!

Seems your laptops boot settings are interfering with the windows sleep function.
You cant do much, but turn off the hybrid sleep function. here you are:
Turn Off Hybrid Sleep in Windows 7 — MAXIMUMpcguides – Windows 7 tips, tricks, help, and how-to guides
After this, you have sleep and hybernation. (Sleep stores data in RAM and requires energy, hibernating saves things to the disk and turns off the windows completely, on the next start windows says 'resuming'. This last may be the problematic part)
