Finding path

I`m trying to follow the path>C:\users\(your windows username)\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(Random 8 Characters).default\extensions\{3112ca9c-de6d-4884-a869-9855de6805c on Windows 7 computer. I get as far as (your windows username) but can`t find the next step "AppData" to go on. Could someone help please?
