Help - windows is unable to load

    Help - windows is unable to load


    I turned on my computer and it says windows is unable to load it then it started to show start up repair and says the system is checking for problems. Idk wat to do, I was on it about an hour ago and it was just fine, but when I tried to turn in on this came up. My anti virus was on idk. Please help

    If Windows 7 doesn't offer you options, perhaps the PC manufacturer might have installed some. Check the manual for instructions on how to access them. It might be F8 or F10 during powerup.

    Have you allowed this to complete? It might take some time, and you might have to repeat if necessary.

    Yes I allowed it to wait and it says that it can be fixed alone and sent windows a report but idk how that's going to help so I tried to restore everything and I did but then when it was adding all of the settings when it came to adding "cleanup" and a blue script appeared and it restarted my computer immediately and gave me options for safe mode.

    Try again. If still no success, it may be that the corruption/problem is too severe to be repaired, in which case a reinstallation is called for.

    I tried reinstalling by the extra options it gave me by restoring everything to it's original settings and as I've explained earlier once it did that a blue script appeared and put it into safe mode everytime I try to log in regulary and it trying to install "cleanup"
